    Skin assessment · understand your hydration needs

    We explore dryness, tightness, changes in texture and your current skincare routine. Sensitivities and your preferred level of touch guide a comfortably nourishing appointment.

    Deep cleanse · preserve comfort

    A gentle double cleanse removes make-up, sunscreen and surface build-up while avoiding a tight, stripped feeling. It creates a fresh foundation for the replenishing care to follow.

    Botanical exfoliation & mask · soften and replenish

    Prepared freshly on site, botanical exfoliation gently lifts surface flakes that can leave dry skin looking dull. The mask stage gives your skin a considered pause, with care adapted to its comfort and texture.

    Balancing toner · refresh

    A light toning layer refreshes the complexion after the mask and prepares it for the nourishing oil stage, without overwhelming skin that already feels dry.

    Facial repair oils · support suppleness

    Nourishing botanical oils are worked gently into the skin to soften its feel and support moisture retention. This replenishing stage brings particular attention to areas that feel dry or have lost their suppleness.
