Booking privacy policy
This policy explains how AMICA Organics collects, uses and protects the information you share when booking a facial appointment.
Information for your appointment
When you book, we collect your name, address, Australian mobile number, email, age group, appointment selection, skin concerns and any notes you choose to share. Please do not include information unrelated to your facial.
How we use it
Your information is used to arrange your appointment, personalise your facial and communicate about your booking. SMS communication and reminders require your separate consent. You will receive marketing messages if you consented to receive them.
Payment and storage
Booking details are stored securely with restricted access. Stripe will process your payments securely; AMICA Organics will not store full card numbers or security codes. All processing takes place in Australia — there is no overseas processing of your information at this stage.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for seven years, after which they are securely deleted.
Accessing your information
To request access to or correction of your booking information, email dms-servcorp@protonmail.com with at least 30 days' notice, including any relevant legal request.
Privacy concerns
If you have a privacy concern, please email dms-servcorp@protonmail.com explaining your concern, the date it occurred and any witnesses if relevant. We will respond as quickly as we can.
Younger clients
Clients aged 16, 17 or 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their appointment.
Your choices
